Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designated, other than the carrier) received the physical product.

Effects of withdrawal
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
- Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
- You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exemptions (no right of withdrawal)
- Workshops & events booked for a specific date or period (Article 16(l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive) - see our Refund Policy.
- Custom / personalized products made to your specifications (Article 16(c)).
- Services fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins.
