Five Quick Questions: Fukiko Takase

Five Quick Questions: Fukiko Takase

1. WHAT’S ON YOUR CURRENT PLAYLIST?

I’m listening to Rokia Traoré; I find her music perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

2. SOMETHING ABOUT YOU THAT PEOPLE WOULD BE SURPRISED TO KNOW?

Age? (laughter) I tend to look younger than I am.

3. A RECENT PURCHASE THAT YOU REALLY ENJOY?

Tarot cards. I’m in no way good at it, but I like touching the cards and shuffling them, trying to read what they are telling me.

4. WHAT HABIT ARE YOU TRYING TO IMPLEMENT OR GET RID OF AT THE MOMENT?

Get rid of: Staying up late. I always feel like I’m missing out on things if I sleep (I know it’s not true but often feels like it).

5. A BOOK THAT CHANGED YOU?

I have been given illustrated reference books of all sorts of living things as a kid. I remember I would look at the pictures and lose myself in the books for hours. Now as an adult, I’m still the same way as I was with those books.
